An initial contribution entitles members to a welcome packet, their own Team Fox Web page, access to members-only tools and resources on our site, and use of the Team Fox logo. Members may also qualify for the following prizes:

The 3rd Annual Team Fox Most Valuable People Awards will be held in spring 2009 in New York City to reward Team Fox members for their fundraising efforts in 2008.
Entry into Team Fox Yearbook**
Team Fox members who qualify for entry in the annual Team Fox Yearbook may put together their own scrapbook page of photos, letters or a message to Michael (restrictions may apply). The Team Fox Yearbook will be presented to Michael J. Fox at the MVP awards and kept on display at The Michael J. Fox Foundation headquarters.

A Funny Thing Happened on the way to Cure Parkinson’s is The Michael J. Fox Foundation’s benefit evening of comedy and music. The event is held each November at The Waldorf Astoria in New York City. Previous entertainers have included Bon Jovi, John Mayer, Chris Rock, Jon Stewart, James Taylor and Robin Williams.
